Applications are accepted in person every Wednesday from 12:30PM-3:30PM at 3301 N. Boardwalk Drive, Champaign, IL 61822.
What To bring
• $30 cash or check application fee
• Birth certificate
• Valid drivers license
• High school transcripts or GED
• Proof of passing one credit hour of algebra
RequirEments
• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license
• Live within our jurisdiction
